Impressions about plant

July 12, 2022
Some beautiful buds and colas are being created over here! This week, I'll be focused on maintaining water and environment. There isn't much else to report on. She's definitely getting light burn. Not really sure if there is another issue, but the one thing I know is an issue is the light distance. But the purple stems are something else? Not sure if it's the strain.

July 13, 2022
Buds are getting big fast. I decided to rotate her a quarter turn to hopefully avoid anymore light burn. I could be wrong, but hopefully not. Not much else to report for the day.
Temp 75.1°
Humidity 46%
Soil Moisture 28%
No watering needed. Height and light distance are the same as they have been.
Can't get the ph meter to work.
Update: I think I discovered a solution to the light burn. Rotate the plant everyday... Again.

July 14, 2022
Nothing to report today. Rotated her, took a picture, checked the water reservoir, you know, basic everyday stuff. I will say that I don't know if she is going to get bushy though. She has plenty of growth continuing with her flowers, but everything is so well spaced apart, it just seems like she will stay opened up.
Update: I decided to empty and clean out my reservoir. Fresh nutes, new water and I repositioned the air stone. I also got to mark the water level thing per gallon.
I also decided to check the Blumats and one of them had an air pocket so that was fixed. She should be running strong now.

July 15, 2022
Did the quarter turn, added 250ml bottom feed and moved a couple of leaves around. It seems the issue with the nutrient and light burn is slowing or stopped. I'm not sure that my blumats are working right again. I'm not seeing any movement in the reservoir. In theory, she should be pulling 450ml a day from the reservoir. I'm going to leave it for the rest of the day and see if that water level drops some.
Update: she was feeling really light, so I added another 750 ml top/bottom feed. Not really sure if the blumats are fully kicked in yet. In theory, when they are back in full swing, the extra water I added today should compensate for the time being.

So today she got her quarter turn and a couple of pics. The blumats have caught up I believe. I should be seeing a bit over a half a liter a day from those. I am going to wait to see how she feels in a few hours. Maybe 500 ml today. Not sure really. Temp and humidity are both crazy backwards. Day time temps have been in the mid to low 70s and at night it spikes up closer to 76° humidity is weird too. I can keep it way down during the day, but at night it has been spiking up to 60% which makes no sense.
Day time humidity is between 40% and 46%.
I'm also seeing what I believe to be senescence happening now. The lower leaves are slowly starting to pale. Perfect signs, so good things must be happening. It is the end of week 3 of flower.
Update: I decided to run a larger quantity of water today. Just to cover top to bottom. About 1.5 liters. No signs of overwatering or even drooping.

July 17, 2022
As I suspected, she is thirsty. The blumats are back in full swing. Bottom fed her about 500 ml, rotated her a quarter turn, checked moisture and soil ph. Everything is in range. pH is 6.5 ish. Moisture is around 30% at the root zone. Saturated from this morning on the bottom and about 20% in the top layer. It will definitely level out throughout the day.
I'm having a serious issue with my night time climate. Somehow with lights off, the temp was in the 80s and humidity in the 60s. I have a feeling it has something to do with my smart plugs. I will be testing tonight to see if that's the issue. I hope it's just that simple of an oversight. It's been happening since the power outage a few days ago.
She's showing signs of senescence. That should be it as she's now hitting the late flowering stage at 22 days in. By my calculations, her 85th day will be in 32 days. My first 2 grows flowered for 6 weeks. Because this one is so well developed and healthy, she might finish up a little early? Most likely the same 6 weeks though. I may try to hold her out for an extra few days.

Yet again, my temp and humidity spiked during dark hours. It makes no sense to me. High 80s temp and low 60s in humidity. I cranked the exhaust fan, cranked my bedroom register booster, made sure to open up my intake vents all the way, and still the temp spikes. HOW?!
She still has the light burn issue, but it's not too worrisome. Just the very top. The mid section has a bit of tip burn, but that was from the transition to flower. It stopped weeks ago. The lower section has zero tip burn. However, senescence has definitely started. Happy for that.
Watering looks good. The couple days of watering has left her at a happy bucket weight and should last a day or 2.
I decided to rotate her just an eighth turn. I figured because she is already wall to wall in a square turning her just slightly so the branches touch the flat side verses corner, would bring the branches up some and give her a more uniformly round shape.
Buds are getting nice and fat. Even the lower canopy growth is looking half decent. But still popcorn buds. I'm going to try some topping on the next grow. Same setup as this grow.
Update: after careful inspection and some research, I the light burn is only damaging the leaves. Buds aren't bleached. So that's good.
