ILGM Journals is a platform exclusively available for I Love Growing Marijuana customers. It allows growers to document and track their grows from start to finish. Everything you do during the grow can be registered and shared with the community. Think about things like: grow room type, grow medium, lights and much more. 

Next to that, it's a perfect place for growers to share their experience so they can either educate or learn (from) each other. The community of ILGM is one of the most vibrant in the industry so anybody who's looking for tips or inspiration is welcome to join!

Starting a Grow Journal is easy!

1. First, click on ‘Sign Up’ in the top right corner or on the banner on the homepage. Sign up with either your email address or Google Account.
2. The ‘New Journal’ button now becomes available, where you can fill in all the info about your grow.
3. Hit ‘Save’ and you are all set up!

Note: while you can only select one strain per Journal, it is possible to have multiple Journals at the same time.

Grow Journals are divided up in weeks and therefore are best kept weekly!  We recommend you pick a specific moment in the week that you set aside to update your journal. This will guarantee your information will be as accurate as possible. 

Thankfully, the process is quick and easy. It shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. A Grow Journal can contain images of your plants, the type of nutrients you're using and much more to help you keep track of your progress!

ILGM Grow Journals is a service we offer specifically for ILGM customers. What's of importance as well, we can only guarantee the quality of our own strains. As we wish to have the best and most successful Grow Journals on our platform, we chose to limit the strain selection to ILGM strains only.

Concurrently, this keeps the platform unified so experienced growers can assist people that need help as well as they can!

We recommend you start your Grow Journal as soon as you plant your germinated seed. This is when the growing truly begins!

Nevertheless, you can start your Journal at any time you prefer. Whether this means adding your information retroactively or only documenting the remaining part of your grow. The choice is yours! It goes without saying that the most accurate journals are kept from seed to harvest though!

You can enter dry bud weight as well as wet bud weight as outcome variables. The wet bud weight can be entered right after cutting off the buds. The dry bud weight takes a little longer as the moisture in the buds needs to evaporate first.

You can edit your harvest information after posting it so feel free to update your journal with the wet bud weight first and coming back later to add the dry bud weight!
