Impressions about plant
The Granddaddy Purple is now 198 days old. She spent 126 days in veg…inside for 30 days, in a greenhouse tent outside for 20 days, and the rest out on the deck. (My first ever outdoor grow). She topped out at 96” after the stretch. She is now on day 63 of flower. We have been lucky this week with no rain, she only gets about 2.5 hours of direct sunlight
She has slowed her water consumption and have been flushing when I do water. I am still struggling with bud rot and have lost about a pound of finished product to rot so far. I started harvesting early and have done five batches so far. The plant still has many small popcorn buds on it, and they are plumping up and getting frosty. I have some drying and 12 ounces curing. I also have some drying and over 13 ounces curing. I have been spraying with Crop Defender and PureCrop1 to keep mold and bud rot at bay. There is a high CFM fan blowing on the plants 24/7 (when not raining) to keep air moving.
She is in a 30-gallon pot on my deck. Her deck mates are a Gold Leaf, a Bubba Kush, and two Amnesia Hazes.
