Impressions about plant
The Granddaddy Purple is now 87 days old. I consider this day 72nd day of veg. She vegg’ed inside for 26 days, in a greenhouse tent outside for 19 days...and is now on my deck (my first outdoor grow) She is now 70” tall (after topping once) and is the smallest of the 5 plants I have going. Temps have been above 90 degrees all week, high humidity, with a couple storms. Does not get full sun until the afternoon. I rotate the pot a little each time it is light to even out the exposure it does get.
I fed her 7 gallons of week-four veg feed from Advanced Nutrients. 3 days later I gave her 11 gallons of tap water, silica, Success Blast Off and SuperThrive. She is starting to fill out the cage but is not as bushy as the plants that I topped twice. I am feeding side branches outside the cage and they are getting wide. No sign of pre-flowers yet. Regularly see bug damage so I spray her every three days rotating between Captain Jacks Dead Bug and neem oil.
She is in a 30-gallon pot on my deck. Her deck mates are a Gold Leaf, a Bubba Kush, and two Amnesia Hazes.
