Impressions about plant
It has been 197 days since the Gold Leaf sprouted. She spent 126 days in veg…inside for 30 days, in a greenhouse tent outside for 20 days, and the rest out on the deck. (My first ever outdoor grow). She topped out at 118” tall. She is now on day 56 of flower. We have been lucky this week with no rain, she only gets about 2.5 hours of direct sunlight.
She has slowed her water consumption so I am only feeding once a week using Advanced Nutrients…but will be feeding just water moving forward. She has proven to be the most resistant to bud rot, but still have lost quite a few buds to it. She is also the most fragrant plant on the deck. I started harvesting early and have done three batches so far. The plant still has many buds on it, but I also have some in various stages of drying and curing. I still see some bug damage, so I spray her every 3 days with either PureCrop1 or Crop Defender…these also have anti-fungal properties. I also sprayed the plant with 3% peroxide right after the rain to stave off the bud rot, there is a high CFM fan blowing on the plants 24/7 to keep air moving.
She is in a 45-gollon grow bag on my deck. Her deck mates are a Bubba Kush, a Granddaddy Purple, and two Amnesia Haze
