This is my second attempt at growing the Pure Indica. I killed my first attempt when it was a seedling during my first grow in 35 years (see journal on this site), so I have never harvested or smoked it. I have always wanted to try a landrace strain, and this is my chance.

I dropped two seeds in the water 12 days ago because I wanted to be sure I got at least one plant. They took 5 days before they started to open. Neither developed much of a tail but I finally planted them anyway after 3 more days. I used Espoma seed starter soil on the top and Suneshine Mix #4 on the bottom…with some extra perlite added. I also spiked with Mykos and Azos. One of them sprouted 3 days after I planted it, the other still has not come up…will give up soon. She is now getting 400 PPFD 24/7…will start light feeding in a couple days. I will be using Success nitrients plus some SuperThrive

Her tent mates are a Gorilla Ice Cream (not ILGM), a Big Bud, and a Bubba Kush…there is another Pure Indica planted but unsprouted. I will be doing a 4 or 5 plant SCROG again. It is great to be back in the game after a couple months off.
