Impressions about plant

Adjusted well to 10 gallon grow bags with super soil (buffered with a narrow column of FF Happy Frog). Rain water. No additional nutes. No sign of pests, even when I bring them indoors. One of the trainwreck twins got a little droopy when it’s hot and the sun is intense but perks up after sundown. Both trainwreck and goldleaf plants are doing so much better than the tomatoes which are on an identical grow routine.. At the end of this week I mainlined by cutting 10 inches off the 16 inch tall plants: removed nodes 4 to 8 on trainwrecks, 4 to 7 on goldleaf. Also removed all fan leaves and growth below node 3.. Kept only the two node 3 branches and fan leaves. May later this week remove the fan leaves to get plants focused on developing the two remaining branches. Once branches have grown some, will use LST to pull them down parallel to soil. This starts the manifold experiment with my goal of having 8 or 16 primary branches and equal height colas above a screen.
