Week 3 of veg. She grew a bunch last night. I was kind of surprised how thick she's getting. Small spritz of Neem oil, increasing nutrients and waiting for some more growth for LST.

Moonlight is doing quite well. She is growing so bushy and happy. Still not tall enough to my liking, but she's very strong and healthy. I'm honestly getting a bit impatient with my first lady. She's blocking the light. Hahaha I just love the size comparison. Moonlight is so much bigger. (5 gallon vs half a gallon.

She's getting bigger and bigger. Still waiting for some stretching. I had to raise the light back up to around 23" in hopes it will help some vertical growth. I'm definitely not complaining, but it would be so much easier to have some space. Haha. I did some more LST today. Just moved my original anchor up 2 nodes. I'm still waiting for her to get at least 6 inches above the pot top. So like 5" left. Then I should be able to get a much better LST. Honestly, she is SUPER bushy. Not complaining, but still trying to figure out how to get some stretch. I decided to raise the light up to about 23". I really need some stretch.

Not really any upward growth still, but she's definitely getting much bushier by the day. My LST seems to be working as I planned. As she grows taller, the tie down I have will raise up with her stalk and continuously level he out at 9" high. She should be a total height of 15" to 18" by then and her canopy should be perfectly level. Slow and steady.

She's really bushy and growing very well. Still not much in the stretch, but that is a good sign I believe. I'm expecting some faster growth soon. Then I can safely do LST. Still have the one tie down holding the bend in place. She's also doing exactly what I was expecting. She's following the tie down. As she gets taller the tension of the tie down pulls her toward the edge of the pot and as she gets closer, the tie down will raise up to follow the lower growth height. When she reaches 9" tall she should be at the edge of the pot and 6" above it. Then she will start to stretch up and the rest of the canopy will start to level out. I do have some space on the end of the tie down, so if she is starting to outgrow the 6" length, I can add 3" to the tie down. Then 12" canopy height it is. She got her weekly spray of Neem oil.

She is so healthy. Beautiful coloring, full healthy leaves, tons of foliage, super thick stalk. She is already bigger than her older sister ever was. LST is going swimmingly. She is really taking well to it. Her feeding intake is steady as always. I moved her closer to the center of the light but had to move my flowering lady over a smidge. I couldn't be happier with her progress though. Once she's alone in the grow tent, I expect faster and larger growth. She is creeping over to the edges of the tent. She has 4 fully developed nodes. And I can see at least 3 more coming in. I'm hoping for 12 to 14 colas. I guess 7 nodes. Update: From this morning, she grew to 8.5". Her foliage is widening out more and more. Just over 17".

It's the last day of week 5. She's definitely growing beautifully. There's a whole ton of foliage. From my live feed, she has completely overtaken her pot. No signs of soil anymore. Training is nice and steady. Drink uptake is steadily increasing quite well. I honestly can't find anything wrong. There is an inconvenience with her older sister. Shes already touching everything around her. Gotta center her in the tent. But cannot for a few more days. I feel like that is really close to her not having enough room. Maybe 4 days. Eek! Did some tuck training and made a couple adjustments to the tie down positions. I moved the hook up to the next node and moved my trunk anchor up to the 3rd node. Trying to keep her as straight as possible until she's at least 6 inches above the rim of the pot. By then, she should have bent completely 90 degrees. The LST hook at the top pulled the her top over very nicely. She's around 8.5" tall.
