The day that God created the Rose, I didn't think he could top that...but, this bud is a close 2nd...Thank You, Lord!
We are just a few weeks away..."don't do anything stupid" is what I said...but, the new UVB Lights were just sitting there...Teasing me..."Come on...Use Me...What harm could adding just one of the new UVB Lights do? Hmmm?"
I even changed the light's orientation by rotating the UVB by 90 degrees for better coverage.
Then I saw what looked like radiation burns to a new born Gold Leaf I thought was far enough away. She is to take part in the next grow...UVB is on for 2 hours and then off for 6 hours. 24 inches from the Ladies...This thing is a Death Ray...
I can't tell if the UVB Death Ray has made any difference on the Ladies after only 8 exposures in 3 days...I know I sunburn pretty darn fast...I would like to believe they seem "more frosty"...

Impressions about plant

The ladies are giving me every indication that Harvest Time is coming soon. However, we are talking about the Female of the species. Being married, I understand that each Lady will ripen/finish and be ready for Harvest when she is ready and not a minute before. I continue to remove leaves as they yellow and die and I am now looking at multiple buds on each Lady daily, searching for those Amber Colored Trichomes. I believe in my heart that no 2 Ladies will be ready at the same time...maybe a day or 2 apart...maybe a week...but, not a minute before they decide that Peak Harvest Time is here. If that happens, it may be a blessing as I won't be overwhelmed with having to Harvest all of the Ladies at once. No more feedings, just water filtered through my Brita Pitcher as needed. Some of the buds feel like sticky flypaper. I could not leave well enough alone and have added one of the California Lightworks' UVB lights into the mix hoping that the reward of a higher potency, outweighs the RISK that I might fry the Ladies, so close to the Finish Line.
