The plants are getting close, but still growing and the color of the trichomes remains a mix of clear to milky with a very occasional brown on the very ends of the leaves. The Zkittles has started color change of the leaves, but the other two remain green and the buds continue to grow. I have the gelato fully strung up with plant yoyos to help support the stems as they struggle to hold up the massive weight of the buds. The wedding cake has about half of the stems supported in the same manner. The plants look like they are getting closer, and I am going to estimate that i still have at least a week if not more.
The first round of plants was done and dry by the end of the 15th week. This set just keeps on going, and i know that I am going to see a better harvest than the last round. Still, a plant that grows from seed to harvest in around 4 months and produces plenty of wonderful product is a big winner in my book. Still fertilizing with the Humboldt's Secret mix for week 11+ flowering. The plants are very happy and I don't think i will take them off of the fertilizer until I see more leaf color change on the plants. Probably will feed the remainder of this week and then revert to a water only schedule to flush them before harvest.
