Some kind of mysterious contamination had always been an issue with these seeds. I got a pack of five and the first three all died from mold or somethin during germination. I have no idea what was causing the problem. I cut off the lower leaves that had this weird white stuff on it, I haven't noticed it come back but I'm nervous about it.
