It has been 98 days since the Big Bud sprouted. She veg’d for 32 days. I consider this Day 52 of Flower…meaning since the flip to 12/12. 900+ PPFD, the humidity has been at or around 50%, and I lowered the temp trip point to 83. I am seeing more amber trichomes on the buds, but they are still pumping out more clear ones. I will harvest some time in the next 10 days so I have begun to flush her.

The buds have great colors, smell great, and are rock hard…just not as big as I had hoped. Of the 9 strains I have grown since I restarted growing…these are the smallest buds…and the strain is called Big Bud. They are very frosty and nearly all the hairs have turned orange. I cut a piece off the side bud and took pictures of the trichomes. They are now mostly cloudy with a few amber ones.

I am going to try something new (for me) on this harvest. Since I am not harvesting the whole tent at one time, I am just going to harvest the portion of this plant up to the net. I will then raise the plant up and allow the remaining lower buds to get some good light and ripen up a little more.
