LST has resulted in overall no increase in height due to bending and flattening of canopy. Results are clear after six days with several new growth nodes now visible. With lots of light and air I hope to end up with multiple colas and a higher yield. I’ve heard others say yield can increase by 40% or more so it seems worth trying. The science makes sense but I can’t help but feel a little bad about flattening them out. ;-). They look somewhat pitiful but if it works then humiliating the plants for a few weeks or more is worth it, right?
