Plan: Seed in water/soda water mix. Water in coffee cup. Coffee cup in dark cupboard for 24 hours. Then into wet paper towel in sealed plastic bag for ~48 hours more. Seed into 3gallon pot with soil and 6.5 ph water. Add Light.
