Impressions about plant
It has been 107 days since the Bubba Kush sprouted. I consider this the 91st day of veg. She vegg’ed inside for 30 days, was in a greenhouse tent outside for 20 days, and is now on the deck. (My first ever outdoor grow). She is now 112” tall…6 inches in the last week…after topping twice) and is my tallest plant. Temps have been 70s and 80s this week, high humidity, with a couple storms. Does not get full sun until the afternoon. I rotate the pot a little each time it is light to even out the exposure it does get.
I water her twice a week, once with Advanced Nutrients and once with silica, Success Blast Off, and SuperThrive. She has also been getting rain lately. She is filling out the cage but is not as bushy as the other plants. I expect a good stretch so I made a support structure out of 1” PVC 10’ tall and 5’ x 5’. I draped 6” x 6” trellis netting over the structure to hold the future buds…hopefully not wishful thinking.
I am seeing some preflowers, but not as many as the Gold Leaf or Granddaddy Purple. I did more updressing and thinning to start preparing her for flower. Regularly see bug damage so I spray her every few days rotating between Captain Jacks Dead Bug, Crop Defender, and neem oil.
She is in a 45-gallon pot on my deck. Her deck mates are a Gold Leaf, a Granddaddy Purple, and 2 Amnesia Haze.
