1 bean took 6 days to finally show a tap root. I did the germination technique. Glass of water for 24 hours they all sank to the bottom. Then papertowel method, 24 hours later 4 out 5 had tap roots. 1 bean took 5 days in the paper towel before showing tap root. So just put in soil today. So i will say this for ilgm Awesome awesome 10 out 10 germination rate. Mother nature happened to two seedlings! Not the beans fault or genetics.
