Leggy Susan has taken off! She is strong and healthy, and growing every well with a wide canopy forming. Shorty Jane is still dense and compact. She is growing well, but not nearly as wide as her sister. Both plants were pruned on their lower 1/3 to promote upper growth last week. They also received 1/2 gal of water with 1.5 tsp added blackstrap molasses. Leggy Susan is measuring at 10 inches while Shorty Jane is still around 6 inches. Both are at the same stage of growth, but Jane's still much more compact. I will be topping again once their next third node develops (probably this week) along with some LST. The girls have been on a 18/6 lighting schedule, though there are some days where I forget to turn the lights out. Overall, they are doing well, and I am hoping my other two plants just entering veg will catch up. I'd like to get a clone or two off Susan. Next top dress will be with some Gaia green 4-4-4.
