Both plants still growing fine but with spots. Read forum causes of heat stress, LED light burn, nutrient lack, last couple weeks worked on those plus the fly angle of leftover landing spots. Tried garlic, cinnamon sticks, vinegar, cayenne pepper, and cloves to naturally repel flies. Worked a couple days after first put down. Also got fly trap, fruit fly traps, and more fly strips. Think fly strips work the best. But now working on spider mite. Put down mosq bits 1 treatment and 2 sprays of capt jack/water mix. For a start. Changing light to 100% and 12 hr light schedule. Have blackout curtain to keep dark 12hrs off.
