Both #1 & #2 are short and stocky. Apparently I had the lights too close in the beginning so my nodes are all mighty right....
It's hard to last them too because of how tight they are. I'm topping a little then lst'ing,
They still are getting very big... Per suggestion of @graysin, I've got the light back up to 18" from canopy and about 36 dli.
And they seem to be getting a little taller.
Found some gnats. Ordered the sticky traps, the diatomaceous dust, and the cpt jacks dead bug spray. My husband put beer in a small bowl which did a great job till the real tools came

Impressions about plant

So the gnat problem is getting better but I am getting worried about this horrible heart wave. Heat index here has been well over 100 here every day and it's still spring. Next week is going to be worse.
I've got my inline ac infinity fans and filters set to stay between 70-80° and humidity between 50-60. But tonight, right now at almost 3 am... It's 88.2° and the humidity is at 55%.
So between all the "meds" for trying to get rid of the gnats and the miserably hot weather outside that's making it hard to keep my tent cool enough, my leaves may be looking a little stressed out something. I'm not sure what exactly why but they look strange to me. And it could be any of the previously mentioned that could be the problem.
Guess I have a lot of new reading to do.
