Impressions about plant
12.17 They're much prettier when they’re perky. I’m starting to see a lil bit of clear trichomes, so I’d say I’m in flower. I’m not gonna harvest too early this time. Ima wait as long as I think I can. My soil spends too fast, but it’s the best I can locally provide.
Note to self, the moisture control is better than the organic s of MG. Amend half cup dr earth 4-6-3 and “ground” soil by letting it set for a few days before (I start popping seeds in water) to decompose the 4-6-3 into the soil a bit early. I don’t think I should flush water in this decomposition process, as there’s tons of water in most of the local dirt I buy, but I just might. With MG, it takes a bit of flushing to get their feed to melt into the soil. Yeah u get a little foliar burn, but it’s $10 a bag vs $50 of FFHF and who knows how old that stuff is when u get it.
12.18 Temp his 66*F and we expect to go below freezing this week, so I put a heater in the tent at 77* it’ll run as needed. I had to take out my water case to fit it in there. Trichomes are just barely visible on sugars. This is the best part of a grow cause they start to smell delicious and look all tempting. I should water again on Tuesday the 20th.

I did some defoliation to remove fans that were shaded by abundant foliage. I hate to pick on em at all after Angel went pale yellow on me during my last grow cycle. It’s intimidating to take leaves that might be desperately needed later, but they’re healthier with airflow. I’ll see ya Friday cause that’s the next water day.
12.23 They look pretty woke considering it’s water day. Everyone is healthy and stretching. The purple punch plants make floppy fans, with purple stems. I can’t wait to get one that favors sativa, in which I mean a plant that is less bushy and more stick-like, usually paler green too. Minnie is 36” from ground to top nug. I still can’t believe she was the runt of the tent for a good month. She’s so big now. Next water day if Monday the 26th
