The day after switching to 12/12 I've removed all the lower larf, and most of the fan leaves. Aggressive move!

Impressions about plant
I decided to show the day after I switched to 12 hours. Now, 20 days and I'll do another haircut.
All the plants are looking healthy! No nutrient burn. This is my first attempt at building a SCROG net. It fits perfect. I've got it set to 22"inches from the floor to the top of the net. From the soil base to the top is 12 inches. Should I wait for another week until I flip this 12/12? or do I risk over crowding?
