It has been 147 days since the Gold Leafs sprouted. They veg’d for 32 days. I harvested the Main buds from one of the two plants on day 90 after the 12/12 flip and the other on day 92. I let the lower popcorn buds continue to grow and ripen in the tent for the 8-10 days. I flushed them with cold RO water on day 97 and with ice & cold RO water on day 99. Been keeping the rh in the 40s. The light went out for the last time yesterday…day 100 since the flip. They are currently still in the dark resting…will harvest tonight or tomorrow…these buds really hardened up and are super frosty!

The main buds from the two plants finished drying today. I combined the buds from the two plants during the sweating process. I cut off any stems, did a little final manicuring, and broke down the huge buds into smaller ones so they would cure more evenly. I loaded the finished dry buds into Grove curing bags…I had to pull out a 1-pound bag for the first time. Just these two plants have yielded 433 grams or 15.5 ounces so far…probably 2 – 4 ounces of popcorn buds are still on the plant.

I smoked a couple joints of the dried bud. The smell was not strong…the smoke was mild. I am terrible describing the taste…pungent, sweet, and spice. Should be great after the cure.
